Mahmoud’s report was very thorough and fast! Received it the same day as the inspection. I appreciated that the report was available online and that there was a feature to select items to compile into a Request List to give to the seller. It’s very convenient, especially for someone like me who is living in a different state than I am purchasing! Todd also had a fantastic bundled rate that included the standard inspection, sewer line check, pest and radon. Very satisfied and will use Todd for my next home purchase!
